1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bhet Online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including hosts, attendees, and workspace administrators.
2. Description of Service
Bhet Online is a webinar and online meeting platform designed for businesses, educators, and creators worldwide. The Service allows users to host and attend live video sessions, webinars, and virtual events. Features include HD video/audio, chat, Q&A, polls, recordings, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your email address is valid and accessible
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Conduct fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
- Violate any applicable local or international laws and regulations
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, and are charged in USD via Stripe regardless of any other currency shown for reference on our pricing page. Some paid plans include a free trial (length shown at checkout for that plan) — where one applies, a card is required to start the trial but is not charged until it ends, unless you cancel first. First-time subscribers only; changing plans on an account that already has billing set up is charged immediately.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations also take effect immediately (not at the end of your current billing period) and we do not prorate the unused portion of a period already billed. 6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Session recordings are stored securely and accessible only to workspace administrators unless explicitly shared.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and content, is owned by Bhet Online and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service, but grant us a limited license to host and deliver that content.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. See our
Service Level Agreement for uptime targets by plan — Enterprise plans may have a dedicated SLA per contract that takes precedence.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhet Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
